Easter Newsletter 2022

With the weather warming up a bit now, we can look forward to what is set to be another wonderful summer. There is plenty going on here, even before the schools begin summer holidays. Here is a run down of what’s coming up. 

Firstly, we are open for hire and lessons every day between 10am and 4pm over the Easter holidays or you can contact us via phone/email with enquiries. There is still availability on both group and private lessons, and we have all the neoprene you need to stay toasty in the water while you surf! 

Our popular Easter surf course still has space from Monday 18th April to Friday 22nd April! (w/c 11th April is fully booked)  Classes will be 3pm-4.30pm every day, and the cost is £130pp for the x5 lessons. This is a really fun and social way to build up your surf skills and water confidence. The course is suitable for 8-16 year olds who are eager to progress quickly and make some surfing buddies too. Moving on to May half term and the school summer holidays, we have slots available and we taking bookings for lessons, courses, and Surf Camps. We have updated our website to include the course and camp dates, so do take a look. 

Our Surf Club courses for 8-16 year olds have been running really well over the Winter and Spring and are proving really popular. We have new course blocks starting soon, with spaces still available on Saturdays (09:30 and 12:00), Sundays (12:00), and Tuesdays (16:15). For the full list of courses, please see our website.

If you have slightly younger children who would like to join, consider our Mini Grom classes (6-9 year olds) on Saturday mornings and Fridays after school. Taster sessions are available for all Surf Clubs if you would like to give it a go before booking the block. 

Many of our instructors and staff have graduated from our own Surf Club. Each year we have opportunities for ASI Apprenticeship schemes for those who are eager to train to become surf coaches. Please see our website for details, or contact us for a chat and some more information.
