Welcome to Discovery Surf Schools' new website!  There's been lots happening with with us in the first half of the year,  firstly, hope you like the new site, it's a work in progress, so if there's anything you think we should be adding, we appreciate your feedback!  We have a Facebook page with even more pictures and information so check that out too!

We're now getting into August and the busy summer time is really upon us.  Fortunately we've been lucky with waves and weather so far, so fingers crossed for the rest of the holidays.  We look forward to meeting you all down here in sunny South Devon.

Surf Club is on every week - It's on at 9.30am every Saturday and give us a call to book your place.  New to Surf Club is the video camera and we've been making little movies of each session and posting them on Discovery Surf's You Tube channel - check it out!

We've been very busy with lots of school groups enjoying surfing on their activity/enrichment weeks and After School clubs, and the great weather has brought lots of keen visitors to beautiful South Devon and South East Cornwall as well.

110% Surfing Techniques Volumes 1 and 2 and Surfboard Guide continue to sell very well globally and it's been great getting all your feedback so we can keep making DVD's that help you surf the best you can.  

August 2010 will see the release of Surf Brain - it's going to be a world first!  It's an interactive DVD surf game, where you can pit your surfing knowledge against friends and family.

110% Surfing Techniques Volume 3 is also in the pipeline and will be available early 2011.

New for 2010 - BSA Level 1 and 2 Surf Coach training - Due to popular demand and a lack of training facilities in Devon, Discovery Surf School is going to be running the BSA surf coach courses, taken by Head Coach, Luke Cunningham.  See 'Become a Coach' page for more details.
