This 2 hour lesson provides an introduction into surfing; including important information on beach safety and basic surfing knowledge. You'll be catching waves, standing up and feeling 'stoked'!

Lessons are in groups with other pupils of the same level. The ratio of coaches to pupils in the water is a maximun of 1 to 6.

With an improver lesson you can take your surfing to the next level; learn about how to ride unbroken waves, surf etiquette, surfing 'out the back', suitable equipment for yourself; about surf conditions and generally improve your surfing skills in a safe and fun environment. These are ideal for when you have completed a course and have also been out practicing.

This course is ideal for younger pupils and the log book outlines what you have achieved and goals to reach.

Includes BSA Young Athlete log book and certificate –a British Surfing Association course, tick off your logbook outlining your surfing achievements after every surf lesson. And at the end of your course, your Discovery Surf School coach will award you with your National Surfing Award (level 1 to 5).
Your course logbook is an ongoing scheme, so every future lesson you can add to your achievements and aim to complete the Scheme.

These lessons are for surfers who are surfing regularly and have developed their surfing and confidence in the water over a number of years. For example working on cutbacks, floaters or making bigger/steeper waves. Video anaylsis of your surfing is used to help explain coaching tips, using the surf schools water video or land based video camera's. Please contact us for availabilty and prices.

With this lesson you'll have your own private coach for approximately 2 hours.

1 pupil = £90

2 pupils = £125

3 pupils= £160. 4 pupils = £185

5 pupils = £200. 6 pupils = £215.

A full day (2 surf lessons) of action packed surfing including the luxury of being chauffeured from your accommodation to the beach in. Great for a family day or a group of friends looking for some surf adventure.
